Over the course of 12 weekends, students will develop a deep understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, biomechanics, movement science, reformer instruction, programming, modifications, and teaching methodology. Training is conducted using industry-leading Your Reformer Nano Reformers and combines classroom education, practical application, observation hours, and hands-on teaching experience.
