The Reform Room Method Certification - The Reform Room Method Certification is designed exclusively for certified Pilates instructors who are looking to teach at Reform Room. This immersive training program ensures every instructor is aligned with our teaching philosophy, class structure, coaching standards, and elevated member experience. While participants already possess foundational Pilates education, this certification focuses on the unique elements that define the Reform Room brand and community. Instructors will learn how to confidently deliver classes that are consistent, effective, welcoming, and reflective of the luxury experience our members expect. Training includes: * The Reform Room teaching methodology * Class structure, flow, and programming * Coaching and cueing techniques * Member experience and hospitality standards * Studio operations and best practices * Safety protocols and equipment standards * Brand consistency and instructor expectations * Hands-on teaching assessments and mentorship Successful completion of the Reform Room Method Certification is required for all instructors teaching at Reform Room. **Tuition Reimbursement Available: Instructors who maintain 12 consecutive months of active employment with Reform Room may be eligible for full tuition reimbursement, subject to company policies and employment requirements.** Led in partnership with Your Reformer and utilizing Your Reformer Nano Reformers, this certification provides instructors with the tools, confidence, and knowledge needed to deliver the signature Reform Room experience.
